Most people don’t want to talk about the financing side, however; it’s the MOST IMPORTANT PIECE of buying a home.  That’s unless you are paying cash.  The financing side will cover, the interest rates, the closing costs, and how much of a down payment you’re going to put down, etc.  All these should be taken into consideration when you’re buying a home.  If not, you’re literally putting the cart before the horse.  There is no use in falling in love with a home that you don’t know you’re approved to purchase.
