Strategies to Help Sell Your House In Desoto Texas

I don't want to go into too much depth and give my secrets away here, but here is one of my favorite strategies.  I came up with this because as a mortgage broker, I know the issues that most people have when buying a home.  Most agents immediate reaction when a home doesn't sell at a certain price is to drop the price.  Typically that's about 10K.  I'm not sure where that number came from, but that seems to be the number they all go to.  

One of my favorite tried and true strategies is to offer closing costs.  Instead of dropping the price by 10K, how about offer the buyer 5K in closing costs or whatever that number is.  It could be 3K.  Regardless, it'll bring you more buyers simply because it's something buyers can use.  If you're trying to sell your house and the guy down the street has the exact same house, how are you going to differentiate your house from theirs?  

The largest barrier of entry is down payment and closing costs.  Not everyone has the means to meet all of the financial goals.  This strategy is something that can totally help you sell your house fast.  Just think about it, now you're home has something the others don't have.  You're paying closing costs.  That's worth more to a buyer than the 10K you just took off.  the 10 price reduction will only save them like 40 bucks a month anyway.
